Relocation Available We're looking for a proactive FSQ Manager to
lead food safety and quality operations. As part of the plant
leadership team, you’ll drive continuous improvement, lead audits,
strengthen food safety culture, and coach a growing FSQ team to
success. This is a high-impact role ideal for a collaborative,
floor-engaged leader ready to make a difference. What You’ll Do:
Lead quality systems, audits, and regulatory compliance (FDA, USDA,
SQF) Train, coach, and develop new FSQ techs and production staff
Drive improvements in HACCP, FSMA, EMP, and documentation Partner
with Ops and cross-site teams (Monticello & Monroe) Manage recalls,
root cause analysis, and corrective actions What You Bring: 5–10
years in FSQ with 5 years managing teams Experience in dairy or
food manufacturing (dairy preferred) Strong audit, documentation,
and team training skills Bilingual (Spanish) a plus If you’re ready
