Job Description:
Position Title: Machine Operator Wage: $20.00 - $23.00/hour
Shift: 1st, 2nd or 3rd Hours: 7:00am - 3:00pm, 3:00pm - 11:00pm or

Machine Operator Responsibilities: - Perform set-up of folding and
gluing operations of the machine in accordance with proper setup
techniques - Minimize waste of sheet stock and glue - Operate
machine to run efficiently and produce quality products - Ensure
diagonal and corrugator scores are broken when necessary - Maximize
utilization of equipment by operating the machinery at available
capacity and speed - Assist in training all post job positions -
Learn to run a variety of box styles - Check quality of boxes
during the run, including mis-slotted boxes, loose liner, misprints
and any other defects - Complete necessary reports in an accurate
and timely manner, including but not limited to production, safety
and quality data - Turn in maintenance work orders to supervision
for needed repairs. Be proactive in the maintenance of equipment -
Adhere to production schedule - Make recommendations for optimizing
the schedule to meet cost, quality and service goals Requirements
for Machine Operator: - High School Diploma or GED; at least one
year of relevant experience preferred - Previous experience in the
corrugated industry preferred - At least six months of experience
in press and finishing department - Able to stand for duration of
