BECx Sr. Project Engineer will perform building enclosure systems
commissioning (Cx) to help deliver Total Building Commissioning
(TBCx) to our Clients within UL’s Asset and Sustainability
Job Duties Include:
- Provide technical
consulting to building owners, developers, general contractors,
subcontractors, and project teams with respect to building
enclosure and envelope systems engineering and
comprehensive drawing and design reviews of BECx
and conduct field BECx activities on job sites when
communication with internal and external project teams.

of BECx experience and the ability to simultaneously manage a
diverse, complex set of projects.

with the building enclosure commissioning process, documentation,
and regulations for, but not limited to, LEED, California Energy
Code, United States Army Corps of Engineers Total Building
BECxP, Cx+BE, CCP, CBCP, QCxP, CxA, or similar
- LEED Accredited
- Energy modeling
Degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering,
Architecture, or other similar science degree
to travel up to 25%
in Microsoft programs
