UNSURPASSED BENEFITS INCLUDE: -- Blue Cross, Blue Shield PPO Medical insurance-- Dental, Vision, Life and AD&D -- 401 match and Company Profit Sharing Plan! -- Short-and Long-Term Disability -- Employee Assistance, Identity Theft, Health Club and Wellness programs The Parts Purchasing Supervisor is responsible for managing the activities of the purchasing staff and purchasing processes for spare parts including control/monitoring of material master data, inventory levels, supplier commercial relationships and related metrics .Job Requirements:Parts Purchasing Supervisor Responsibilities: Evaluate, train & coach staff toward continuous improvement Establish work procedures and processes that support company and departmental standards, procedures, and strategic directives Monitor the material master data for completeness, accuracy & effectiveness Oversee the ordering of materials and the full scope of the purchase order work flow Review purchase orders and evaluate MRP, forecasting & Material Planner performance. Analyze inventory levels; develop and maintain controls for best practices to meet company objectives Responsible for performance metrics related to customer fill rate, inventory turns, and forecasting accuracy Evaluate slow and dead stock conditions and perform root cause analysis to meet company objectives Prepare RFQ's Regularly evaluate supplier performance with KPIs Parts Purchasing Supervisor Requirements:
