In this high impact role as Trade Operations, Product Analytics Manager you will assist with data products for pharmaceutical manufacturers and suppliers. You will have an exciting opportunity to implement innovative new products that directly contribute to the bottom line of a Fortune 5 organization. The Trade Operations, Product Analytics Manager is responsible for product and data analysis related to pharma data product for the Trade Operations team. Responsibilities include working with the Trade Operations team on product strategies, user research, data product metrics, providing analytics, data and support for product managers and directors.This position is responsible for working independently and collaboratively with all teams associated with data product development. The manager is also responsible for the development and maintenance of various Trade Operation reports, data sources and documentation.This is a hybrid office/remote role in Buffalo Grove, ILRequired Qualifications 5+ years of experience with software development lifecycles (SDLC), having owned: detailed analysis (data / process analytics, process improvements, process flow creation, requirements gathering, user story creation and refinement, and product testing.) 5+ years of experience with analytical techniques (Scenarios and Use-cases, Scope Modeling, Functional Decomposition, Interviews, Observation / Job Shadowing, Focus Groups, Acceptance and Evaluation, Brainstorming, Storyboarding, Prototyping, Event Analysis, Business Rule Analysis, Requirements Workshops, Risk Analysis, Root Cause Analysis) Demonstrated technical ability and knowledge of database structure Champions Agile principles and experience working in an Agile framework Experience developing oral and written communications, analysis summaries/presentations, and presentation skills Travel up to 5% for client and project meetingsCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
