Schultes is a CNC (Computer Numerically Controlled) Machining leader that produces metal and non-metal components that keep exciting industries like aerospace, automotive, agriculture (and those are just at the top of the alphabet) down to medical, dental and even robotics! The parts you will have a hand in manufacturing here are mission critical, life saving or could even find new life. Working together with all of the Chicago Land area's top trade schools and colleges, Schultes Precision has developed an entry level position for you to come join a high paying industry and explore all facets of the manufacturing floor from maintenance to machining. We will train you to practice our standards of organization, blue print reading, quality inspection, tool selection, prices control and time management. You could learn logistics and engineering, you could learn machining and quality inspection, and, you could learn continuous improvement and preventive maintenance. For sure, you will work in a safe, rewarding and result driven culture. Requirements:Great Attitude Ability to work and train during the first shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)Ability to continue your cross functional training on the second shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM). When working the second shift you will automatically receive a 10% shift premium added to your hourly wage. Ability lift and carry up to 50 lbs. without assistance. Willingness to continue your education and take needed courses, sponsored by the Company, to further your knowledge and skill sets.
