Salesforce Quality Assurance Analyst / Tester

As a Salesforce Quality Assurance Analyst, the application you will test will include primarily Salesforce and integrated applications. The Salesforce application is a global extension of Service Cloud and Field Service Lightening (FSL) solution. The integrations are to SAP, other Salesforce modules. The responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to the following:
---Developing the test case scenario, test steps, and test data creation utilizing industry best practices.
---Developing formal test plans and test script documents for production release.
---Performing test execution, capturing defects and deviations, and recording results.
---Providing test results and reporting to the test lead on a daily basis.
---Identifying and reporting risks and issues on a daily basis.
---Recommending quality and efficiency improvements.
---Perform end to end, integration, functional, regression testing, UAT testing, back end, and Salesforce components testing.
---Review and understand the requirements, the application design, and application interface design and provide suitable comments to the development team.
---Review and understand the full data model inside & outside of Salesforce for functional testing.
---Categorically analyze and test Field Service Lightning features of the implemented project.

Candidate Profile:
---Prior Involvement in Salesforce Service Cloud implementation projects.
---Highly desirable to have experience with ERP applications.
---Highly desirable to have business knowledge about Customer Support, Field Service Agent, and Field Service Dispatcher Modules
---Highly desirable to have experience with testing automation.
