CNC Machined Parts Quality InspectorSecond Shift Quality Inspector- 2:30 PM - 11:00PM Monday through FridaySchultes Precision is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented CNC Machines Parts Quality Inspector to join our team. As a CNC Machined Parts Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that all parts manufactured by our CNC machines meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy. You will work with a wide variety of metrology equipment and will be expected to have a deep understanding of how to inspect first article pieces. Additionally, you should have excellent documentation skills and be able to accurately record all measurements and inspections. Responsibilities:Perform inspections on parts manufactured by our CNC machines to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy. Work with a wide variety of metrology equipment, including coordinate measuring machines (CMMs), optical comparators, and height gauges. Inspect first article pieces to ensure they meet customer requirements and specifications. Accurately record all measurements and inspections in our quality management system. Collaborate with CNC machine operators and other quality control personnel to identify and troubleshoot quality issues. Monitor and maintain the calibration of all metrology equipment. Help to implement and maintain our quality management system. Ability to work between the hours of 2:30 PM and 11:00 PM Monday through Friday.
