In this high-impact role, you'll work closely with technical sales consultants, internal teams, and clients to craft tailored solutions that solve real-world challenges and elevate security operations to new heights. You'll be the creative bridge between complex technical concepts and clear, persuasive proposals that drive success.What You'll Do:

• Connect with clients to assess operational challenges and identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct site assessments, document needs analyses, and refine solutions based on stakeholder feedback.
• Produce comprehensive project documentation to support seamless execution.
• Collaborate with engineers, vendors, and internal teams on technical solutions and pricing.
• Travel as needed (typically within six hours of Des Moines, IA).Power Skills You'll Bring:
• Strong client engagement and communication skills.
• Expertise in designing Security, VMS, and Access Control systems.
• Presentation skills to effectively communicate solutions to clients.
• You thrive on dissecting complex problems and developing creative, scalable solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.Qualifications That Will Set You Apart:
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., ASIS, SIA, NTS Level 1).
• Strong business development skills, including lead generation and sales opportunities.
• Ability to draft proposals, statements of work, and functional specifications.
