Description:Freedom Wealth Advisors, an affiliate of Intrua Financial and Larson Financial Holdings, LLC, located in Brookfield, WI, is seeking an experienced, positive customer service-oriented person to fill the Service Associate position. The Service Associate is responsible for assisting the Firm Partners and Client Service Associates with account set up and maintenance, meeting preparation and projects. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Requirements: Responsibilities:Answer incoming client phone callsGreet clients who arrive in the office for scheduled meetingsSpeak clearly and kindly to all clients, providing outstanding servicePrepare for meetings by offering clients beverages and snacksClean after client meetings in preparation for next eventMaintain CRM software to track client dataComplete client account opening and maintenance tasks as assignedExpectations:Ability to work with local teammates as well as teammates in other statesAbility to work with multiple financial advisors and multiple projects simultaneouslyBe able deliver accurate results and achieve timely deadlinesAnticipate client questions or find the correct answer if unknownExercise discretion and empathy for clientsMust be motivated and goal-orientedSkills and Experience: Four-year degree or equivalent work experienceKnowledge of insurance/financial services industryExcellent verbal and written communicationService oriented attitudeAbility to maintain confidentiality of informationAbility to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detailProficiency with Microsoft Office and OutlookExceptional organization and problem solving PI4b66c2ce4a49-25660-37692381
