As an organization dedicated to putting patients first, we utilize plastic injection molding and high speed automation to manufacture drug delivery devices that truly improve patients' lives around the world.As a result of recent and expected organizational growth as well as the recent COVID-19/Coronavirus pandemic, Nemera is looking to expand our team!The Metrology Technician is responsible for performing dimensional and functional inspection per Sample Requests, Validation Protocols, work instructions and special requests from customers. The Metrology Technician also supports the Measurement System Engineer with the development and implementation of processes through completion of new and improves existing methods of measurement, and performs training for inspectors and operators to use developed automated and manual measurement techniques, measuring machines, gages and fixtures.This hours for this role are from 8am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday. You will be working in a HEATED AND AIR CONDITIONED clean manufacturing and warehouse environment that may include moderate noise levels.If you're:

  • Two (2) year college in related field or minimum three (3) years in related technology
  • Experience with basic measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, optical comparator, and microscope)
  • Able to read and interpret Blue Prints
  • CMM programming experience (Calypso, MCOSMOS, or PC-DMIS, with PC-DMIS preferred)
  • Ability to stand stand 75% of shift time.
  • HSD or GED required
