Job Description:

Title: Machine Operator Location: 700 Corporate Grove Drive Buffalo Grove, Illinois 60089 Duration: Temp to hire positions after 90days Shifts: 12 hours shifts - Day Shift (6am-6pm)or Night Shift (6pm-6am) These will be rotational shifts, work 3 days one week, work 4 days the next. As a Machine Operator you will:

• Review production schedules, process procedures and specifications regarding the start-up, operation and control of automated equipment and hardware.
• Perform automated equipment set-up functions which include the loading of electronic components, raw cards, feeders, fixtures, stencils
• Monitor the operation of the automated equipment and peripheral hardware. Initiates adjustments to ensure that the automated equipment and peripheral hardware operate within the established control limits.
• Record data required for statistical process control or inventory management. Machine Operators must meet the following requirements for consideration:
  • Must be able to stand for prolonged periods on a concrete floor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Personal Computer Skills
  • Mathematical skills needed
  • Ability to work in confined spaces
  • Lifting up to 50lbs
  • Candidates selected must meet all pre-screening eligibility requirements Experience with the following is a plus:
    • Mechanical Assembly
    • Warehouse Work
    • Manufacturing
