Job Description:
A company is looking for an Inbound Sales Representative for a
remote contract position.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with small business owners via phone or digital channels to
understand their business needs
Recommend suitable products based on customer challenges and
explain their benefits
Address customer concerns and provide support while staying updated
on the latest tools and services
Required Qualifications
Experience in sales, particularly in accounting or financial
services
Ability to conduct influential sales rather than direct selling
Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Payroll
products
Willingness to participate in regular coaching and training
sessions
Availability to work shifts from 7am-3:30pm MT or 8am-4:30pm MT
