What We Need Corpay is currently seeking a Senior Vice President
of Field Sales to lead our Enterprise Lodging Sales Team. This is a
remote leadership position (open to candidates anywhere in the
continental US), responsible for managing a team of 7–10 Field
Sales Executives focused on enterprise-level B2B customers. In this
role, you will drive strategic growth across a complex client
base—helping your team expand wallet share, close high-value deals,
and deliver tailored lodging and expense solutions to national and
multi-site organizations. You will report to the SVP of Lodging and
collaborate cross-functionally with product, implementation, and
customer success teams to ensure exceptional outcomes for
enterprise clients. How We Work As a VP of Field Sales, you will
operate remotely while benefiting from robust support and tools,
including: Company-issued technology and home office setup Ongoing
enablement and formal leadership training Access to advanced CRM
and reporting platforms High-touch collaboration with leadership
and cross-functional teams Key Responsibilities Drive revenue
growth by leading your team in closing new enterprise business
across Corpay’s Lodging suite (discounted lodging solutions, direct
billing, and expense management tools) Develop and execute
strategic plans for penetrating large and complex accounts across
industries such as construction, logistics, energy, and government
contracting Coach, mentor, and develop high-performing enterprise
sales reps, with a focus on long-cycle deal strategy, executive
stakeholder engagement, and value-based selling Monitor team
performance using KPIs such as pipeline velocity, deal size, win
rate, and enterprise client onboarding success Partner with
Product, Implementation, and Client Success teams to ensure smooth
transitions from sale to delivery for enterprise-level customers
Lead recruiting, training, and performance management for the field
team, with an emphasis on continuous development and market
intelligence Conduct joint field visits, executive-level sales
calls, and strategic planning sessions with reps and customers
Represent Corpay Lodging at major industry conferences and
enterprise networking events Provide detailed business forecasts
and reporting to executive leadership Manage team-related travel,
entertainment, and operational budgets Ideal Candidate Profile 6
years of enterprise B2B sales leadership experience, with a proven
track record of managing high-performing sales teams selling into
large, multi-location organizations Background in long-cycle,
complex deal management with C-level buyer engagement Proven
success in high-growth environments focused on hunting and net-new
revenue generation Deep understanding of enterprise buying
processes, solution selling methodologies, and the ability to coach
team members on consultative and strategic sales tactics Experience
selling into industries with decentralized or traveling workforces
is a strong plus (e.g., construction, utilities, transportation,
healthcare, etc.) Strong command of sales operations, forecasting,
pipeline management, and CRM best practices (Salesforce preferred)
