In the role of Category Insights Executive working in Chicago, IL ,
you will be part of Molson Coors America’s Commercial Accelerator.
You will help design category and space-based selling solutions in
collaboration with national and regional food chain teams to drive
commercial effectiveness This position reports to the Sr Manager
Category Solutions. What You’ll Be Brewing: Develop critical
insights and analytics to drive of the customer’s beer category,
while brilliantly capturing a disproportionate share of growth
Provide understanding of category, channel, and shopper insights to
sales teams through syndicated & internal data and how that aligns
with retailers’ strategy & business goals General performance
reporting – to track, measure, and communicate results Direct
communication and partnership with internal category and sales
teams Wok cross-functionally with sales activation, eCom, advanced
data analytics, shopper insights, revenue management and brand
teams Key Ingredients: You have a bachelor’s degree in Business
Administration, Marketing, Finance, Statistics/Analytics OR other
relevant field OR equivalent experience (4 years) in the field of
Marketing, Finance, Statistics/Analytics You have at least 3 years’
experience in category management in the consumer or direct store
delivery industries You love a challenge – you complete complex
projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the
business priorities You build relationships and collaborate to get
to the desired outcome You take accountability for results – acting
with integrity and honoring commitments You have a thirst for
learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one

Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably
for the work they do. Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings :
$109,100.00 - $143,200.00 (posting salary range) 20 % target short
term incentive $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee,
including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement
with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP paid
time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days). The
posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith,
believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We
ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that
inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work
location, previous work experience, skill set and internal
equity.
