at their food manufacturing facility in Schiller Park. The ideal
candidate will enhance an already well-established department by
championing continuous improvement initiatives, increasing
operational efficiency, and effectively managing SQF audit
readiness and execution. Client Details At our client's company,
flavor is just the beginning. Celebrated for their crave-worthy
sweet and salty snacks, they operate with a clear belief:
exceptional taste starts with exceptional people. Since day one,
their commitment to quality has been unwavering-crafting satisfying
snacks with premium ingredients, time-honored recipes, and bold,
creative innovation. But their dedication extends well beyond the
product. The company fosters a people-first culture rooted in
respect, collaboration, and individual growth. Employees are
supported through a strong emphasis on work-life balance, open
communication, and meaningful career development-making them feel
truly valued and part of a close-knit team. This family-oriented
spirit touches every aspect of the business-from community
involvement to daily operations-guided by integrity, empathy, and a
unified vision for the future. As the company continues to grow, so
do the opportunities-for employees, for innovation, and for snack
enthusiasts everywhere. Because here, sweet and salty isn't just a
flavor profile-it's a culture of connection, care, and the shared
joy of something delicious. Description Quality Control Oversight:
Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes to

issues. Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and troubleshoot product
defects or deviations, performing root cause analysis and

future occurrences. Supplier & Vendor Management: Collaborate with
suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of raw materials and
components, conducting audits and assessments as necessary.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of quality
control activities, test results, audits, and corrective actions,
preparing regular reports for senior management and regulatory
bodies. Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to optimize
production processes, reduce waste, improve yield, and enhance
overall product quality through data analysis and performance
metrics. Customer Interaction: Handle customer complaints related
to product quality, working closely with the customer service team
to address issues and implement solutions. Health & Safety: Promote
