Coletta Prom, and SO much more! We are hiring an Assistant
Residential Manager in our Jefferson Residential program! The
Assistant Manager is part of a larger management support team that
oversees three or four group homes (CBRF and/or AFH). The team
consists of a Residential Manager (RM), Assistant Residential
Manager (ARM), and Case Coordinator (CC). The Assistant Residential
Manager position is responsible for providing support for the
day-to-day operation of the residential program, overseeing quality
assurance, and new hire on-boarding. This position also serves as
primary backup to the Residential Manager with a clear path to grow
and develop into the Residential Manager position. Job
responsibilities include: Assisting in the daily delivery of
quality residential facilities and programs that meet
organizational branding and external licensing standards, Ensuring
effective onboarding and transition for newly hired DSPs from the
classroom to in-home on-the-job training, Understanding and
assisting with client budgets and finances, Communicating
effectively (face-to-face, verbal, written, digital) and working
collaboratively Participating in the on-call rotation (approx. 1
week in every 6 weeks). Participating in organizational committees
and meetings. Generally, this is a Monday through Friday 8 a.m.-
4:30 p.m. position, however, there is a need to be flexible when
there are openings in the schedule. This position is also included
in an on-call rotation (approx. 1 week in every six weeks).
Requirements for this position include: High School Diploma or
equivalent, and demonstrated experience in a supervisory/management
role is preferred. Experience working with adults with a
developmental or other disability, Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Suite Products, the Internet, and email. This position requires
that an employee is able to drive for work purposes and must
maintain a valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets
the standards set forth by the organization Strong organizational,
time management, and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain
confidentiality Ability to make sound decisions and problem solve
Ability to establish and maintain effective professional working
relationships Ability to be flexible to meet the needs of the
