Job Description:
A highly respected General Contractor in the area with a robust
backlog of commercial projects is seeking a Senior Estimator to
lead their estimating efforts. This is a leadership opportunity for
an experienced professional who thrives in a collaborative and
detail-driven environment. This company prides itself on giving

from planning to completion. The Senior Estimator position is a
strategic role that drives value and clarity for clients and
internal teams alike. Senior Estimator Responsibilities: • Lead
preparation of detailed cost estimates for labor and material •
Oversee conceptual estimating and value engineering • Present
budgets, proposals, and bid strategies • Manage multiple high-value
commercial estimates • Mentor junior estimators and collaborate
with internal and external stakeholders Senior Estimator
Qualifications: • 5 years of experience estimating commercial
construction projects • B.S. in Construction Management or related
field strongly preferred • Strong leadership, communication, and
analytical skills • Ability to manage complex data and deliver
