• Lead the on-site fleet team to achieve high standards of on-time deliveries, tractor utilization, and reverse logistics management.
• Collaborate with senior managers to create strategic plans that support profitability and growth in compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Optimize driver performance through effective driver training, payroll management, and ensuring high standards of driver retention and satisfaction.
