Job Description:
RN Registered Nurse for 4T Surgical ICU Acuity Adaptable Unit in
Jackson, MI, working 36 hours/week on a midnight shift with
rotating weekends & holidays. Preferred minimum of 1 year inpatient
high-acuity RN experience; BSN preferred.
Provides leadership in patient care, utilizing the nursing process
for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Effectively communicates with patients, families, and healthcare
team, and participates in resolving care variances.
Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program; BSN
preferred; ADN candidates must enroll in an accredited BSN program
within 3 years of hire.
Must hold current Michigan RN licensure and possess clinical
knowledge to develop effective care plans.
Sign-on bonus offered. The role emphasizes compassionate, quality
